The 2013 The Leap Cabernet Sauvignon captures the distinctive personality of our estate vineyard offering a multilayered mouthfeel and deep, pure flavors of blackberry, black plum, blueberry, cassis and cocoa.
The 2013 Sonoma County Malbec shows polished blackberry, blueberry, black cherry, licorice and spicy white pepper, with wonderfully soft tannins. This limited bottling drinks as powerfully rich as it smells, but the immense fruit flavors remain incredibly fresh throughout and are framed by notable acidity.
The 2013 Coombsville Cabernet Sauvignon is a compelling expression of this relatively cooler appellation. Juicy, fresh flavors of cassis and plum are later revealed on the palate. Dark fruit layers and dry herb notes continue to open up over time in the glass.
This Rhône-styled blend is aromatically beautiful in pomegranate, strawberry and fresh rose. The palate is juicy and mouth coating, rich in black cherry, plum and mocha yet lifted by lively acidity and noteworthy streaks of white pepper and clove.
